  • Our specialty is healthcare; however, we also serve educational and religious institutions, hospitality, nonprofits, small businesses, and solo entrepreneurs.

  • What we have learned over the years is that each call provides value added guidance for organizations whether or not they choose to work with us. For this cause, our discovery sessions are $150 and could last up to an 1 hour.

  • Depending upon your needs, our hourly rates begin at $175 for Ethics & Compliance consulting. For Ethics & Compliance Program development services, such as: Policy & Procedure development, Training & Education, Exclusion & Sanction Monitoring, Ethics Line Intake & Investigation packages start at $3,500 per month and varies on the number of employees you have in your organization.

  • We provide bespoke solutions to each of our clients. Depending on your need, we assign one consultant and point of contact to your organization but will from time to time, include other members from our team to ensure project success.

  • Our ethics line services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to include holidays. As a result, we outsource a service provider that accepts all calls on our behalf. Each call is triaged at the operator level and disseminated to Business Solutions 360 immediately thereafter. Each call is reviewed by a member of our team within 24 hours to which our client is also notified.

  • This is not uncommon and believe me, you are not alone. Your assigned Ethics & Compliance Officer will work closely with your team to determine the temperature of your existing culture. Post discovery, a customized Implementation Plan will be developed as part of our service offering.
