Valerie’s inventory of experiences and successes ultimately inspired her to launch Business Solutions 360 and leverage that dynamicity to proactively support mission excellence within corporate and federal spaces. In conjunction with Valerie’s two decades of leadership and entrepreneurial progressions, Valerie is also a certified in Healthcare Compliance, a Certified Ethics and Compliance Professional, and a notary public who has been received several distinguished awards, including the 40 under 40 with her alma mater Bethune-Cookman University and was a 50 under 50 award recipient with Mount Olive Development Corporation, both received for community leadership efforts. 

As a dynamic professional who is fueled by fueling others, nothing makes Valerie happier than being able to support organizations transform their objectives into profitable, tangible realities. She has a genuine love for seeing others win and offering innovative support that enables the fast-paced and security-rich environments achieve streamlined success. Overall, Valerie has demonstrated herself as a multi-industry expert across the business, corporate, and government spheres. When she is not working, you can often find her at the beach, listening to jazz music and spending quality time with her husband Ken and 7-year old son, Mason.
